This small acorn charm was inspired by the world of Oakley, bringing a little piece of that story beyond the woods and wherever your own adventures take you. 🌿✨

Care & Cleaning
Keep your Acorn Clicker looking its best with a little gentle care.
Avoid hot water, dishwashers, harsh chemicals, and prolonged soaking, as heat can soften or deform PLA.
Avoid excessive force on the clicker mechanism and be mindful of sharp objects or heavy items that could catch on the charm.

At Woodvivos Studio, our products are independently designed, carefully prepared, and produced in small quantities. As a small creative business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully package every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at woodvivos.studio@gmail.com .

Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging and any visible damage
Once we review the issue, we will contact you with the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or repair.
If we require the item to be returned, we will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Please keep the original packaging until your issue has been resolved, as we may need photographs of it or require the item to be returned.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item received. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange the appropriate solution.

Shipping & Packaging
Carefully Packed, Ready for the Journey
Every Woodvivos piece is carefully prepared and packaged in our small studio before it begins its journey to you. We take extra care when packing our artwork and handmade pieces so they can arrive safely and beautifully.
Protective Packaging
We use appropriate protective materials based on the type of product you're ordering. Prints and paper goods are protected from bending and moisture, while wooden and handmade pieces are securely wrapped and cushioned to help protect them from bumps and movement during transit.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Orders of $80 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information when tracking is available for your shipping method.
