• Secure your spot with payment.

• Email us your photos

  • 2–4 clear, well-lit images (eyes visible)

  • Tell us which photo you love most + any small notes

• You’ll receive your final high-resolution files and prints delivered with love.

• Photo Quality
  Clear, bright photos help us capture your pet’s true likeness.

• Turnaround
  Most portraits take 5–7 days per pet.

• Payment & Cancellations
  Commissions are paid in full to reserve your spot.
  Because each portrait is fully custom, cancellations are not available once work has begun.

• Revisions
  Because every piece is custom and created in your pet’s likeness, no revisions are included.
  Please email us before ordering if you have special requests.

• Usage Rights
  Artist retains copyright.
  Personal-use license only (home display or social media with credit @woodvivos.shop).
  Commercial licensing available on request.

• Portfolio Sharing
  Finished art may be shared in our portfolio; privacy available on request.

• Color Accuracy
  Small differences between screens and prints are normal.

• Framing
  Frames are laser-cut wood; engraving optional.
  Wood grain will vary naturally.

• All portraits are packaged with care for safe delivery.

• Tracked shipping available Canada-wide (flat rate recommended).

• Free local pickup in Toronto.
