This Shipping Policy outlines our handling of processing times, delivery methods, and shipping costs for orders placed through woodvivos.shop. This is outlined in our Terms of Service.
1. Where We Ship
At this time, we ship physical products to:
Canada
If you are outside Canada and are interested in our work, please contact us at woodvivos.studio@gmail.com, and we’ll let you know if we can arrange something.
Digital products (such as digital art files) are delivered worldwide via email and have no shipping cost.
2. Processing Times
Our typical processing times are:
Ready-to-ship items (stickers, pre-printed art):
Usually ships within 3–5 business days after payment.
Made-to-order items/custom commissions (e.g., pet portraits):
Artwork creation time is usually 5–7 days per pet (or as communicated in your commission info), plus shipping time.
We will confirm approximate timelines when you order.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or busy periods. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates (Canada)
We primarily ship via Canada Post or a similar carrier, using tracked services when possible.
Current standard rates:
Flat rate shipping within Canada: $14.95 CAD per order
Free shipping on orders of $80 CAD or more (before tax)
Exact methods (letter mail vs. parcel, tracked vs. untracked) may depend on the items in your order and their size/weight.
4. Local Pickup (Toronto)
If you are in Toronto and we offer local pickup:
Pickup is free.
We will contact you by email to confirm time and location details after your order is placed.
(If you decide later not to offer pickup, delete this section.)
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within Canada (after dispatch):
Standard / Regular Parcel: typically 3–9 business days, depending on destination.
These are estimates only and not guarantees. Weather, holidays, postal delays, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery.
6. Digital Products (No Shipping Cost)
Digital items (such as digital portraits or print-ready files):
They are delivered by email or download link.
Usually arrive within a few minutes to a few hours after payment.
If you do not receive your file within 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For Canadian orders:
Taxes (such as HST) are calculated at checkout where applicable.
There are usually no customs fees for shipments within Canada.
If we ever start shipping internationally, additional customs or import fees may apply in the destination country; those would be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we can reship it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
If the address you provided is incorrect and the package is lost, we may not be able to replace it for free.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Delays: Once a package is accepted by the carrier, we cannot control delays, but we’ll help you track the parcel where possible.
Lost packages: If a tracked package appears lost, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item so we can arrange a replacement or other solution.
10. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
